♡– Treat yourself to a relaxation massage by me – using Swedish Massage techniques and custom blends of my warm essential oils (highly concentrated plant oils), allow me to massage you into a deeper state of relaxation. Full body therapeutic relaxation massage, take all your stress and anxiety away, reduce muscle stiffness, & improves blood circulation. Including relaxing lighting, candles, & music. I have a shower available to use before or after your massage. –♡

The main focus is relaxation, mindfulness and improved mood. The main benefits of the Aromatherapy Massage are: reduction of stress and anxiety, decrease in muscle tension and pain relief. It also helps to reduce symtpoms of depression, control inflammation and help with headaches.

The oils work in 2 ways, they enter the body through the layers of skin and enter the blood stream. This is where the chemicals react and have the desired effect on the body and also their aroma stimulates the limbic system through our olfactory senses. The Limbic system is part of the brain which deals with our emotions and can trigger long lost memories and feelings. Which is why certain smells can transport is back to childhood holidays or that perfume that your lover used to wear. It’s one of the most powerful areas of the brain and how it functions is still being researched.

Dead Sea Salt Body Scrub $90 60 minutes

♡– This full body exfoliation is customized to either energize or reduce stress, polishes skin to a soft glow while providing critical hydration and nourishment. This treatment begins with a generous rinsing of your body using warm towels, a full body exfoliation with dead sea salt or organic sugar (all of my scrubs are prepared fresh with a customized scent of essential oils), and a 30 minute full body lotion application! I recommend this treatment once every 5 to 12 weeks depending on your lifestyle and skin type.–♡

Dead Sea Mud Body Wrap $120 75 minutes

♡– A warm Aromatic Dead Sea Mud Wrap rich in natural vitamins, minerals, is generously applied to your entire body. After a refreshing shower I will lather your body with an essential oil infused coconut and shea body butter.
