A Touch Of Thai Massage Therapy (ATOT) is looking to hire motivated and passionate Registered Massage Therapists for immediate part and full-time positions, for their very busy clinic. We have a strong patient base and potential for new clients with Direct Billing, Online Booking and open 7 days a week with extended hours. Presently, first client 9am – last client 6pm. Qualification Requirements: - 2200 hours of education Licensed within Alberta and/or hold a student association membership - Currently registered and in good standing with an officially recognized association within the province of Alberta - Have current malpractice insurance - Have a valid City of Edmonton practitioner license - An asset but not required, Traditional Thai massage qualification/certification and experience What to expect: - Immediate client base waiting for you – you will be busy from the beginning - Flexible schedules to meet work-life balance - ATOT provides ALL supplies, towels, linen, towel warmers, table warmers, oil, hot stones, cupping set, essential oils, etc. - ATOT covers all the charges for online booking, digital charting, front desk receptionists, rent, business taxes, marketing and all utility bills - Offer a fair commission split and increasing with experience. No extra fees - Gratuities welcome - receive 100% of your cash tips and debit/credit card tips Responsible for: - Ensuring completion of all pre-treatment client needs assessments - Adhering to all health and safety requirements and protocols - Ensuring client comfort throughout treatment - Adapting massage/modality type to meet client needs - Knowing how to handle and report inappropriate client behavior - Maintaining confidentiality of client and company information - Completing all post-treatment client documentation - Staying current on upcoming appointments - Ensuring personal appearance is professional - Maintaining a clean and organised workspace - Maintaining a professional and relaxing environment in the clinic
