This is a great summary Sundance69. Thanks for sharing. I would frequent more if they had a more convenient shower to use IMHO. Because is it just me? That smell from the massage oil or oils that they use is GAWD awful. I feel like I have to run straight home afterwards to shower for at least 15 mins.

Nothing I've noted, I use the shower in the back. Very comfortable for me at Z-one.

Sundance, how come no visits and no comments about the new spa that opened?

Your masters know it will put them out of business so they instruct you to stay quiet? would be their first smart move.

Funny enough, haven't been to either of the new spas on Ridgeway, noting the information provide seems to indicate very good service levels.
I'm not out and about like I used to be, but will get there soon enough.

Certainly the spas are not as busy as they used to be, so many new spas, and so many girls.
V & V, seems like it will make some impact, bringing in stars from the east end like Renee herself is an indication of things.

Noting that Comfort is going more and more, legit everyday, focussing the business on women and couples (like they did with Cozy Foot in Mississauga).
I did a walk through yesterday, the rooms are nice but certainly focus on general massage services, you can check in all out on Instagram for those using social.

I do know several of the spas are concerned, less business, less walk in's and the area now has lots and lots of choices.
I don't think too much impact to Z&V here, as they have the best line up of girls in the area, I would suggest concerning the number of new spas this last few months.

I agree that smell and oil doesn't come off with just the hot towel wipedown.

I have to shower after and it's better if I can get help in the shower. Otherwise the warden will put me on house arrest if I don't pass the sniff test. Thank goodnes I'm clumbsy when filling up my motorcycle on the way home. Ooops, spilled a drop.
