Alleged massage parlor shuts down amid investigation - MyFox Houston

HOUSTON (FOX 26) -Harris County investigators thought the lights would still be on at 7 Heaven on FM 1960. That's despite a three year long investigation and multiple arrests at the alleged massage parlor.
Angelee Randolph lives only yards away.*
"It brings in bad people, I would think," says Randolph.
But when we arrived, the flashing neon lights at 7 Heaven were dark.
A possible sign that the pressure from the county may have forced out the business investigators say was simply a front for prostitution.
Celena Vinson is with the Harris County Attorney's office.*
She says, "They're not licensed, so they're performing massages without a license and they're doing a lot more."
Harris County attorney Vincent Ryan has filed a lawsuit against the business and landowner.
He claims it is a public nuisance and should be forced to permanently shutdown.
Inside, they say there were wash tables, beds, beds with bras, appointment schedules, and a firm price list for services that would leave you blushing.
"It ranged from $60 to $160 depending on the services," says Vinson.
Those who live near 7 Heaven just off FM 1960 are glad to see it gone, even if it's just for now.
In the meantime, Vinson says there were also indicators of human sex trafficking at the business.
They point to signs of women living in the facility that contained food and other products not expected to be in a legitimately licensed massage parlor.
We placed a call to the owner and so far we have not heard back.
