She was supposed to get a PCR test and she arrived at the airport with an anti-gen test. That's why they rejected it and took her to the quarantine facility. She'll probably have to pay for the test and be released after three days.

I don't agree with not telling her family where she is, but given the rapidity with which they implemented new rules, there are bound to be some bumps along the way.

Righttt................................yeah, I am sure a doctor can't give a Covid19 test properly and it was just a misunderstanding. It's like claiming that a professional mechanic doesn't know how to change your brakes or your oil. Not believable at all.

So, all these nurses know how to test, but a medical doctor didn't know which test to perform after the woman gave clear instructions of her intent to board a plane and travel back to Canada?

And of course, we are suppose to agree that she now poses a threat to the community, but the 2,000 sex workers in Calgary working ever night don't pose such a threat. Nor do the ten thousand refugees that Trudeau will let across the border or the tens of thousands of visitors from foreign countries that were never screened at all too.

But this woman is the real threat. Let's put her in Covid detention and then charge her for it. And let's refuse to tell her family where she is.

It is not a question of the test being administered improperly, it is a question of having taken the wrong test. The PCR test looks for any trace of the virus's dna and is supposedly more sensitive.

That's the thing with conspiracy nuts. You never have the balls to just take a step back and say, whoops, guess I got that one wrong. No, each new fact that points to your mistake is further proof of conspiracy.

The funny thing is, despite your ignorance, there might actually be something to your contention that the government is in the wrong here, since the PCR test in itself is not a universally accepted way of testing for disease.
