I dropped by EBC recently around 12:30am, i rang 4 buzzers and nobody let me in. The freakiest thing was the fact that all of the spas were open and people were in there refusing to open the door. One lady stood there looking at me through the door. She didn't try to communicate anything to me, she just looked at me. I couldn't see the look on her face due to the tinted glass; she looked like a ghostly outline on the door. The area just felt weird somehow. I didn't feel too comfortable about the mood in the area. I felt unwelcomed and spooked at the same time, so i quickly walked to my car and drove off to the Pro.

This is the first time anything like this ever happened to me in the EBC area. I think my_my_my74 is right about LE in that area, maybe they were lurking around when i was there that night. Thinking back on how weird that night was, LE presence in the area could have been a definite possibility.

That's the thing, i don't. I've never been accused of being a cop in my life. Believe me i don't fit the typical cop profile.

You know I would say the same thing....I don't fit the typical cop profile....but that got me to thinking, what the hell is a typical cop profile?
When an MPA looks through the door...what are they looking for to decide if you are a cop or LE or a genuine horney client?
(I'm assuming that the cops aren't in uniform, with obvious flat feet and munching donuts...that might be too easy!)
So, what is the "typical cop profile?"

I never have a problem getting into a mp in EBC. I am not asian AND I DO LOOK LIKE A COP! ( I am 6 feet tall 220 with a muscular build )I am asked just about every time if I am the police!

whats a cop look like:

the cliche would be white, 5'9"- 6'2", a bit on the chunky/beefy side, short hear, trimmed moustache or no facial hair, looks kinda square (suburban type), and from late 20s to mid 40s.

if you hang out a a courthouse, you see a lot of the same type - but again, this is a cliched description.

It all depends what type of cops they send in .... if it is undercover...good luck...anyone over 5'9" 20yrs+ would do....
I was at an out of town stag party (pretty lame stag) and I met a guest who is an undercover opp ... I swear I can't tell him from a 'normal folk' until he started talking about work.

Mr. Man, there are two problems in showing up at after mdnight.

1. The bylaw says these places must close by 11:00 pm. Even though some joints make exceptions, they would only do so for customers they know. You just have to earn your stripes to be privileged.

Cop look; running shoes, jeans, t-shirt & windbreaker. add short hair and a medium, slightly bulky build, curious/serious look. I used to get asked if I was a cop almost every time I went to a MP. As if I would tell them if I was a cop. Now I dress up a bit, c/w pen in shirt pocket, but now it seems they charge me more

I've heard there's a belief that a real cop would taint his evidence if he lied when asked outright if he was one. Blowing his cover so to speak. This is right up there with: cops don't get completely naked, and cops never explicitly ask for specific naughty services.

All I do is asked for what I want up front.If need be I take the lady's hand and put on Phil jr.These are 2 things that a police officer cannot do if they are undercover.

An undercover cop can lie. Asking "are you a cop" is not enough to keep yourself out of trouble. One of my friends who used to work in an MP said the cop did get totally naked and he kept pressuring for FS, she kept saying "no" and eventually they got what they were looking for (an underage attendant at that MP).

Was in the area last Monday around 3 in the afternoon. 3 of the MPs in the IT plaza had locked doors. First time I've ever encountered 3 in a row locked. Made a me look like a fool especially for the group of girls sitting in the coffee shop window. Found refuge over 16th and had a great time.

Had lunch at Jaipur (155 East Beaver) on Saturday and the owner told me that undercover police have come in during the week and asked for permission to sit at a window table and observe the four spas nearby. He gave them the OK and provided them with lunch while they were there.

A couple of weeks ago I had the same thing happen to me, went to my favorite place in the IT plaza and the doors were locked this was a Saturday afternoon round 4pm. I also sometimes go on my lunch to Millenium (I work close), and last Thursday nothing, no answer, no joy. I think all of the intrigue around Blackranger's posts before stirred up some LE.
