I'm going to be in Ensenada for a few hours in January. It's one of the stops on a cruise i'm taking and I was wondering are there any clubs near the marina? I have about 8 hours to kill while i'm there 9am-5pm.

Yes, at the previously mentioned Antony's bar and a few places nearby. It's definitely a different scene than TJ, but still interesting nonetheless.

I am not sure if you say that from Tijuana because that's your personal experience, but if not, then I suggest you to give the city a try. Once you experience Tijuana, then go to Ensenada. I am sure you will prefer to go back to Tijuana ASAP.

Hi Guys I too will Be in Ensenada but probably for one night only then down to La Paz By Bus. I will then be in TJ for one night only with some friends but then they go back to THE US and I stay for a few more weeks in Mexico. I would consider staying another night in TJ But am Scared to Monger by myself in TJ cause of Corrupt Police. I am not Rich myself. What If I walk out with hardly any money out of a club in Tj. Those Cops will ve pissed and find nothing to take from me. Anyways besides Anthonys in Ensenada>>> What other places are there to Monger in Ensenada??? I do not want to walk in to an All TV Bar like Bambis in TJ. I hope no horrible surprises like that exist for Me in TJ. I know one Massage place exists in Ensenada and even SWS. Actually there's not much to do; besides a couple of strip clubs with 4~7 rated chicas, the old and rusty Anthonys, a walk for 5 blocks in the 1st/Ruiz/Costero street full of curios shops and locals, the rancid Papas & Beer and... nothing else. But, if you like walking for 15 minutes looking cracked boats in the ocean, then try the marina (they call it Malecon); but ask the girl first, maybe she will be bored as hell while you think is a romantic walk.

Local chicas are open (or curious) when a gringo approach them. It could be a nice adventure trying to date a local girl; but anyway it will depend if you find a good one.

So I have that Ensenada is so-so with the girls. I read somewher on here cant remember where that it might be possible to p/u girls in TJ and take them with you to Ensenada for the weekend. Anyone know anything about this
