Etiquette - pay - at body rub versus semi legit massage

Wondering if anyone can share some experiences on what the etiquette is in terms of paying at body rub places. Very familiar with semi-legit Asian massage, you pay the room fee and depending on the "fun factor", you tip the attendant with an agreed sum upon or leave tip at discretion afterwards, simple. Never visited a body rub place, and looking on the web, they actually have very precise price lists for services, with door and service fee. For example Blue Lagoon Massage, door fee is $80, body slide is $120. Question is, do you guys than still leave a tip on top of that amount or just as per the price list ?

Tipping is at your discretion. If you have an amazing time then sure, why not? But the girls don't expect you to tip for a regular session. If more than a body slide is provided though, then tipping is expected or the actual rate for extra services is negotiated upfront.
