Extra letters at MPs

Gentlemen,

Will be visiting your fine city soon. I'd like to know if any extra letters are available at any of the MPs. I'm interested in basic (NOT FS) ending but with a twist of COF or CIM at the end. Do I have to go to a FS provider for this? I would much rather go to one of the MPs and pick from a selection of girls.

I think you will have a hard time finding an MP who will provide these services. I'm not saying it doesn't happen, but it's more of a YMMV thing that might be provided over time once you've gotten to know the girl.
