Is a Pilot's skill really necessary?

United Airlines says they will use affirmative action policies, not skill level or compentence, to determine who their future pilots will be.

I am not making this shit up.
This is real life.

Who wants the best pilots for the job anyways?
Is being able to fly the plane better than others really an important factor?

Not according to United it isn't.
United Airlines says 50% of its future pilots will be Black Women or People of Color.

Oh the Irony:

All the Karens who thought they were on the winning side because Feminism was the new, strong wave, are now realizing that White women are to be pushed out of society as well. The Karens won't be supporting BLM and Woke Capitalism for long. Not when they get their toys taken away from them by the REPO MAN because they lost their job to a POC.

The only out United has is if all future plans are so automated that the computer does 99% of the flying for them.
Basically, if the plane is fool proof, that's the only way I don't see them getting sued for hiring pilots that aren't up to the task.

The lawyers must be salivating, thinking of the MASSIVE SETTLEMENTS they will get from the airlines if it is proven that pilots who crash future plans weren't competent enough to attempt to fly the plane in the first place.

If I was in charge of hiring pilots for United, I would NEVER HIRE THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE:

1) Muslims
2) Women
3) Leftists, aka Communists

I would have the best pilots, hands down.

White males are the best at everything.
Black men are great car drivers, so they might be good at flying planes too, as long as the Math isn't too complicated.
Asian men would likely be good as well, as math is their strength and their lack of peripheral vision wouldn't be an issue up in the air.

All pilots need to learn is take off and landing procedures. The rest is all in automatic flight computer software. That is when they get to fuck all the flight attendants female or male. LOL.

Everything is automated until it stops working at you are flying 20,000 feet in altitude over the Pacific ocean.

Then, you are going to want a pilot that can manually fly a plane in an emergency.
