Hong Kong is a richer country made by china and singapore is made by china and making people only use English as mother tongue ?

But why is singapore a rich country and hong kong a less poor and china the main is the poorest ?

I just heard this and not sure. How could a poor country make a rich country anyway ? ANd the land ?

Singapore is not part of China, and never has been. It is an independant City State attached to Malaysia.

Hong Kong is a part of China. It's where most of the high ranking world businesses are, and hence where all the money is.
It is the same with countrys all over the world. For example, Brazil is quite a poor country, yet Rio de Janiero is a very wealthy city.
