New Business Idea for MPs and Clubs

I am currently working with a business technology that has been very successful for casinoes. I just thought - that if I made a twist, it could be equally succesful for club owners and the like. I would like to discuss with owners the possibility of piloting this for your business. Concerning your business - I don't care about what you do - I'm only interested in the technology side - and ofcourse the ROI.

Like everything else in the world... technology can have an impact. I will give a small hint to whet your appetite...

How many chicas are completely idle at any point in time in your club? Probably quite a few??? Why not put them on a camera and stream them over the internet with live chat??? Why not open your club to the world??? There's a fortune behind this and I don't think anyone knows how to really do it.

Here's what you need... a room setup as a studio and then all the technology. Its a combination of servers and software that is too complicated to explain quickly here. But!!! it works!!!

We just did it for a casino in CR and now they have live dealers and games streaming over the internet. They were struggling, but now have clients as far as Europe and China. Capiche???? Their cash flow projections have completely turned around.

Definitely a conversation to stay up with. Unfortunately most establishments from what I've learned here are kind of, shall we say, retrograde? As in, stuck in the business model from the middle of the 20th century?
I do like your concepts and wish you well with them.

I applaud your entrepreneurship, but a couple of points to consider:

-why would a chica stay in the studio on camera to make money for the establishment when she could be at the bar waiting for customers to make money for herself?

-most chicas are doing this work on the down low, i doubt many would agree to go on camera for the world to see

Goods point Orange. However, I don't hear heavy applauding. ;-)

1. The chica doesn't have a choice. However, while she is online, she can also make money... probably more than drink commissions, because tipping is a function. The girls and the club make more money.

2. This is not just some web camera and skype. I agree THAT idea is 10 years old or more. This is professional and interactive. I'm not giving away any more trade secrets. With respect to "the world" the owners would have to decide how to market this. You can make it a private club - so only your customers are invited. Or, you can grow it through affiliates like CRT did. Or, you can make it totally public, with self registration.

This concept is NOT NEW. Like I said, we just did it for a casino and there are other club out there doing it. Basically, its a totally new revenue stream for the brick and mortar business.

I'm fairly certain only one casino in CR has done this and no strip clubs are in it.

The tech system you are describing chi has been in use at the Nevada brothels for about 5 years.Results are so/so.But CR may have a unique edge with exotic chicas that are at least moderately techno literate.I did mention this concept to one of our fine mp owner/board member guys and he stated that while he liked the idea, there could be several legal issues with it.But seriously, good luck.

There's always youtube, the MP LaPassions in DR has apparently been very succesful with it's videos. Guys arrive from all over the world asking for sexy chicas they saw on youtube. (Just look at GR. : )
But good luck expecting most CR businesses to emulate successful ideas from other places, especially if it will cost them a dollar. The only business plan they seem to know is increase prices for the same crappy service.

Mae - I agree with you there. The culture in CR is sooo cheap. The local business owners, that are successful, just don't see the value in investing in their business. I guess they assume its a run of luck and don't mess with it. We have a different mind-set from up north.

If you are so convinced it is going to work pitch it to the business owners and stop trying to justify yourself to this board. Personally I do not think this the right market but if you do invest some money in advertising your services, grow a pair and get on your feet and sell the dAmn product.
