As a frequenter of premier I can provide this guidance:
Fee of 150 for 40 minutes, paid before session to front desk, includes a cut to house and a cut to MPA. Included is: MPA will get naked, allow touching, and do a bodyslide or equivalent with your happy ending. No extra money required, although discretionary tipping is your choice.
For services beyond the GFE/bodyslide and happy ending above, the typical rates (paid directly to MPA) are 50/100 for covered BJ/FS. NB some MPAs do upsell and charge more, but not all always provide those extras. That is their discretion. That said I would expect most will, but some may wait until after a first visit. Best approach is to test out and see if the girl clicks for you in a first session, establish some rapport and discuss what is and what isn't on the table. On the other hand, some MPAs will be more assertive in suggesting that extras are available. It is a YMMV type of scenario.

You could take a chance on a walk-in, however from what I have observed there will rarely be all of the girls on a shift available to meet let alone have a session with. Fact is they are generally booked in advance and busy for the most part. So in order to pick who is available at any random moment of a walk-in is a pure question of odds.
This may seem a bit disappointing. I too relish the memories of just going to a brothel and getting to pick from a nice selection of sexy girls. But this ain't Sao Paulo and the reality is Premier spas tend to be busy and booked.
I recommend trying to discern which girls appeal to you based on the stats, pictures and other info posted, or from recommendations you believe from this forum that also align to your tastes. The pics although airbrushed and idealized are still a fairly reasonable indicator and are actually of the girl. Once you have narrowed it down book a session and experiment. Personally I have only had one or two sessions tops that I did not fully enjoy and definitely never an outright negative.
The hardest part about booking is getting through to the desk. Sometimes they are busy on other calls or escorting clients to the rooms.
All that said, although not all the girls are DDG models, they are on average attractive and youthful, and there is enough diversity on the menu to satisfy most preferences, just not all on the same shift. This is also a question of TETO. On the other hand you will definitely not be getting any GILFs or old mamasans as might occur in the lower end holistics.

AVOID Blue Lagoon.

Never been to Premier as it is way across town. But do a search. some good reviews. Make sure you only see girls with good reviews.

On the West side of town your best best sadly would be Seduction. Again check for reviews. Talk to the receptionist for feedback if need be. And dont be afraid to end a session early and request partial refund to your door fee if the attendant has attitude.

Though.... with what some of these attendants want to charge you would just be better off going to the escort services.
