Newbiies, Canadian vs US, and other frustrations

I have tried to abide by newbie ediquette and research all the available information in hopes of answering my own question. I also understand the initial reluctance to answer questions from persons with no track record here.

But I've come to a dead end. Here in Atlanta, there is a thriving independent massage industry, which operates under slightly different rules. You've summed up my dilemma... I can get a high quality but "Canada legal" massage at HFH or IT, but I'm looking for a "Atlanta typical" massage (with an equally reputable, safe and attractive attendant) which is more interactive (to potentially include kissing, touching, digits, DATY).
