I've seen Noelle two times. I normally try to book Synthia but she is only on day shift and it was late. I met Noelle as I was introduced to those available. Have seen Noelle at the spa, would repeat, and personally didn't have this issue, so most likely a YMMV situation. Have seen Synthia, and you're right, on both accounts. She's a good choice, and she isn't on shift that often, only saw her by accident, and would repeat.
