The easy option is to abandon them and go to another club in future. Voting with your feet. Many are doing it.

But the club - as you say - used to be so good. You would do many people (including the management at K5) a great favour if you were to Copy Paste your report by email to them, but including the name of the girl, and for good measure the name of the manager who pissed you off too.

We can moan away, but this is the only way that the service ever improve IMHO. You know, I bet they will listen very carefully. I don't know, but I think their turnover has been falling rather quickly the last 12 months. They need actionable info. You've got little to lose.
