Yes i was basing the figures on friends i have working in various clubs. The average at K5 is 2 guys a night with just 1 hour in room with each guy (yes some girls do much more and maybe spend longer in room or escort) They get around 2000czk for each hour and if the work just 4 days a week its a standard 16000czk a week, certainly good money when you consider the average monthly Czech salary is only around 18000czk.
SP girls can actually make more as they are in and out of the rooms like yo-yos.

The days are long long gone when the girls had to really sell themselves and you could get a club girl for 2000czk an hour, Capitalism for you!

By some calculation this means that a girl works 16 days a month and makes 2000 Euro.
That is more than a hundred Euro pr day and even if they share 50/50 with the owners it means at least two customers pr shift.
I suspect a small amount of girls makes an awful lot more than that (they get picked more often and for longer time periods) and a large number of girls makes very little (nobody picks them).

But what is even worse is that the real good ones go abroad.

The easy solution to this problem is to go to inner city clubs like Darlings or Atlas, the working girls there are very very friendly.

Secondly, I would assume that the girls prefer tourists, not because we are more sophisticated or 'kulturny' but because we are more proned to tip the girls.
Its called 'mongers remorce'.
I would never tip a Danish working girl but some "poor" Prague girl have, particularly in my early days, recieved a tip.
I suspect most newbies do that because they feel sorry for them, and you really shouldn't. Like Manatus says the girls do rake in the bucks.

Karl, maybe you are thinking a little wrong, as far as the capitalistic side of things. The girls in the club already make great money so they dont need to try too hard (i think Nick is indicating similar but from a differant viewpoint) a average K5 girl working 4 days a week will earn around 70000czk a month thats around 2500 euro. A SP type girl around 60000czk 2000 euro. This is way above the national average so why do they need to make anymore effort to attract business. Its not the nicest way to think about it, but thats the way it is, its just business and they are not short of money.

I obviously can't blame them for their disinterest, but from a capitalistic standpoint, it may help business if they put on a little superficial charm. As for the smoke, I know. It's a bar and no one is twisting my arm to be there. As a former smoker, I shouldn't be ragging on anyone for that. I was just bitching. Regarding the agency I was trying to book with (3Atrav...), they were incredibly kind in their correspondence, they appear to offer quality, but every girl I was interested wasn't available. Clearly it hasn't worked to my favour that it's the holidays and the selection is truncated. Take care, mate.

Been reading a few similar posts just recentely and wanted to add my usual comments.

Guys keep complaining about girls attitudes in clubs, sitting around looking miserable, not interested in the guys.... yes this is true but there is no point in moaning about it here, it WILL NOT CHANGE. With the exception of K5 (and even this club the girls are not permitted to come to you) the management dont have any rules guiding the girls attitude and to be honest im not surprised. Ask a girl if she actually likes her job and im sure you will find not so many yes answers. The clubs are desperate for girls and will take nearly anyone, these girls are not professionals and dont give a shit for the customer (lets face it, its just an act) The clubs you are mentioning are all a similar category (cheap) and the girls dont need to sell themselves to the tourists as they get enough business from the locals who simply come in and take a girl for 30 mins. The fact is if you want a 'special' girl then you need to start looking at the higher priced professional escort girls, not the standard club girls. Yes there are always exceptions but the percentage is low. The good news is that usually once the girl is in the room things tend to improve a little.
As for clubs being full of smoke, well yeah this is the Czech Republic we are talking about and around 80%+ of working girls smoke.
I am back in Prague soon and have already accepted that it will be harder to find a good girl than it was 5 years ago, but thats the change in times. If you want to guarantee better quality girls and service then you seriously have to start looking elsewhere.
