Premier chain mangement (Pure Perla Plantimum)

We keep reading about all these reviews on the girls, but there a common theme it seems amongst the girls I vist at Perla - Pure - Plantinum. They all somehow complain about the management. I like the girls at these places, and they know how to pick them but maybe the don't get treated right.

I always ask them if tthey like working where they work....and they say its good the money is good...and when I ask them if there are any issues after I gain their trust .I hear a lot of repatitive Issues:

-Some say anagement says to be "open minded"
I've actually witnessed this in the lobby, where the girl at the front told the girls "have an open minded session".
I tried a new girl once on her first day, and she seemed to try extra hard to satisfy me but it seemed forced...that doesn't do it for me. I want it if the girl at least seems into it. I don't think that girl got a job though.

Some say management always screws up their schedules
some have been fired and have come back. They say management charges them so much when it comes to late fees, and all other fees. They don't let them leave or accept sick days or family emergencies.

I like the Premier chain, but management doesn't seem very good.
I won't say whose said what, but I've acutally heard it from:

Alexis, Stella, Veronkia, Mia, Jasmine, Priya, Kelly, Ashley, Lynn, Akira, Cherry Nikki to name a few.


On the other hand, everytime I've gone to Flirt the girls are always happy with the management.
My issue is that the girls aren't as good lol

At Premier chain a lot of them seems to be in depression, or some drug of some sort....like look at Ashley a few years ago she weas normal and last time I saw her she was high as k

You can't trust what the girls say ever. They can complain to you at Perla and seem happy at Flirt and both be lying. They can switch their line with the next guy.

Premier spas have standards that of course some girls will complain about but that's their fault. Expected to be on schedule and not spend a whole session staring at the clock? Nothing wrong with that. But these girls are spoiled they're used to getting money for nothing and they will complain about everything if you let them.

Extras main pressure is to stay competitive with other girls. Management cares about keeping rooms full and will let the girls know that extras help with that. A girl that doesn't suck dick doesn't allow any kitty play kiss etc won't be busy but that's because there's a lineup of girls who will do all that and more. Management is just being realistic letting the girls know.

And always remember the girls are lying.

I have rarely asked the girls how they feel about management. They seem to like their job when I see them.
The girls know what this job is all about. I like management at Premier. They provide quality girls for the most part.

If they are really good at their craft they can make similar coin at the likes of Flirt or Muse. I'll take what I hear here with a grain of salt. Priya, Ashley and Adriana are amongst the exiles who returned to Premier as soon as they got the chance... if it's all sunshine and rainbows at the other spas, why do they even come back?

If it's so awful at Premier, why don't all these disaffected mpas get a job at one of the other spas where their working conditions will supposedly be so much better? If the girls aren't as good at the other spas it would surely be pretty easy for them to get a job anywhere don't you think?

These girls are good at figuring out what their clients want. Sounds like in your case it's negative feedback about management.

Exactly, no one is forcing them to work there. They can leave any time they want. Some girls will say anything to buy sympathy from the guys. Its their way of carrying a conversation. It is never easy for the management to control and manage these loosely disciplined ladies. Some sure do need fines and warnings to keep them in line. I was with one of the SRM girl a few yrs back, she could never make to the spa in time and she has to pay $50 fine for her lateness and heavier fines for no show. Can you imagine how your appointments will be if they don't have those strict rules, fines and guide lines.
What they do in the rooms are a different story. Some girls do more and some less. It's all up to them. The management needs feed backs from customers and need to know how they perform so they can recommend a certain girl to a certain type of client. They are always busy and doing well because they have the best management in business.

Right. Last year a whole bunch of girls left Muse and several of them wound up at Premier. You dont see girls leaving Premier for Muse. Never seen a girl go from Perla to Flirt even though its next door. If you like hearing girls have a pity party they will do that for you, but if you rather have them suck you off they will do that too lol. They want to work where the money is and they know what brings in money.

Plus its a lot better going to a spa where girls are expected to show up on time than going to one where you go not knowing if the girl is going to cancel five minutes before her shift show up an hour late decide that she cant be bothered to provide half decent service that day etc

We defend Premier because they provide the best experience, so theres mutual benefits. There are other good spas, but Flirt is not on my list at all. The girls seem to agree which is why there's more girls that move from other places to Premier than vice versa.

I don't have an agenda against Perla. I like going there. I've had good experiences generally.
Its just my thing to ask the girls about management...I do this at every spa...just saying I hear it more often at Perla Pure then other places.
But the place has changed a lot since it opened a few years ago.

Ask all you want but remember that the girls lie constantly. They like about what they like, they lie about whether they boyfriends, they lie about what they think about you, they lie about their day was and everything else, they are being paid to lie.

Like I said though I've seen way more girls go from other spas to Premier than vice versa. Besides, I'm sure the girls don't like late fees and stuff like that. So what? I stopped going to other spas where I would show up and find the girl cancelled her shift or was going to be two hours late and management didn't seem to care. Premier cares about that kind of stuff, which is good for us and gets them more business which is why girls want to work there. Win win win.

I have heard a few girls complaining about premier management too. However, upon further investigation, it occurred that those girls were disciplined for ripping clients off. Premier management has standards and they want clients to get the best value for their hard earned dollars.

Premier operates arguably the best run spa( whorehouse) in the GTA at this time. They know their market and aim to please. The ladies choose to be there and do what they do. Some of these ladies seem to have substance abuse problems and it is hard to employ and rely on such workers at any given time. The coin that some of these ladies pull in should offset any hardships that they get from strict management. Premier has no fobs with language problems, fobs who are can be easily exploited by unscrupulous management like in many many Asian places around the GTA. It is hard to operate such businesses in this internet age where info goes viral.

While you were there conducting your workplace satisfactions surveys there you may have noticed how busy Premier is.... they don't need anyone's help to "big up" the place. Perhaps maybe so many guys are disagreeing with you simply because you're wrong.

So what you are saying is that these girls are just like people who complain endlessly about their jobs but take the money anyways and never, ever do anything about it even though they really easily could because they just prefer to bitch about it to anyone who will listen?

Ahh but they can't leave even if they wanted to because the money they make is simply too amazing to leave for any of these other spas where you are saying the girls are not as good! And why do they make such good money at Premier anyways? Because the place has first rate management.
