I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mandara Spa at the Park Plaza Westminster, and my Thursday evening experience was nothing short of exceptional.
I booked a 25-minute Balinese Massage (£70.00) and a 25-minute Pure Nature Facial (£55.00), and I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing escape from the daily grind.
My massage therapist, Jovana, was professional and incredibly skilled.
She applied just the right amount of pressure, especially focusing on the tension in my neck, leaving me so relaxed that I dozed off during the treatment.

The Balinese Massage lived up to its reputation, providing a deeply soothing experience that melted away my stress.

Mandara Spa is inspired by the sleek, modern lines of Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London, combined with the luxurious touch of Asia.
It offers a unique sensory experience, inviting guests to escape their world and indulge in a Mandara moment.

The spa's interiors take inspiration from around the world, incorporating elements from Mondrian paintings and Japanese Shoji screens.
A giant bamboo forest, created with Petung bamboo and embedded with hand-blown glass infused with ingredients like Ylang Ylang, Coffee, and Lavender, enhances the ambiance.
The treatment room was a tranquil haven, with soft, neutral tones, dim lighting, and calming music in the background.

The atmosphere immediately made me feel at ease and ready to unwind.
After my treatment, I spent time in the relaxation room, which was filled with delicious, sweet treats like jam biscuits and raisins, as well as refreshing green tea.

I took my time sipping tea and reading a magazine, easing myself back into reality before leaving the spa.
I also had the opportunity to explore the spa’s impressive facilities, which include a sauna, steam room, and a heated indoor pool.
These amenities are available to both spa guests and Park Plaza hotel visitors, making it an ideal place to extend your relaxation.
If I had more time, I would have loved to try the Warm Stone Massage (£125.00 for 50 mins) or the luxurious Royal Retreat package (£210.00 for 2 hours 5 mins), both of which look like perfect options for a longer pampering session.
From the moment I stepped in to the moment I left feeling completely rejuvenated, my visit to Mandara Spa was a true retreat.
