IT’S NOW 80% CONTAINED. WELL, THE 67 YEAR OLD NURSE WHO SURVIVED THE BEATING BY A BAKER ACT MENTAL ILLNESS PATIENT AT PALMS WEST HOSPITAL, IS NOW AT A REHAB FACILITY IN JACKSONVILLE. LILA LAL HAD SURGERY RECENTLY TO REPAIR ALL THE BROKEN BONES IN HER FACE AND FRACTURES TO HER SKULL AND CLAVICLE. WE’RE TOLD SHE HAS SOME LIMITED VISION IN HER LEFT EYE, BUT SHE STILL CANNOT SEE OUT OF HER RIGHT EYE. WE HAVE IMPACT WEATHER TODAY.
