Vaughan Spa - the worst yet

It takes a very lousy session for me to complain here, but Friday's time with Gigi at Vaughan Spa was my worst ever in my years in this hobby. After choosing her for a 30-minute session, things went downhill. Her cute looks and body were about the only positives.
It was about her 3rd day in the business -- the business -- so she apparently had no clue what to do. She didn't remove her panties, gave me an ok back my massage, refused to let me touch her pretty much anywhere, then cut off the session after 20 minutes because she had the wrong start time.
I complained to the desk that I had paid $150 for very little. She apologized and offered me 30 minutes for $100 with another girl she promised I'd enjoy. It was ok, but the girl was not really my type. That's why I didn't take her the first time.
I complained in writing to the spa but never heard back. Well, I won't be back. As I said, my worst session ever.

UPDATE: I wrote again, and the spa said they didn't see my complaint. They said they're sorry and asked what they can do to make it up. I asked for a free session, but they pointed out the room fee was waived for my 2nd session. They have promised Adara will give me a good time, and the reviews and photos I've seen are positive. She seems to be away right now, so I don't know what hours she works. But I'll most likely follow up with them to see Adara.

Hunh... Gigi worked briefly at QQSquare and before that danced at Café Atlantis where she did do "more" than dance, so her lack of awareness on what to do is surprising.
