We apologize that your experience at Vaughn Spa may have not been what you expected with respect to the attendee and the service you received. At Vaughn Spa, we pride ourselves on keeping clientele satisfied and your review has been duly noted. We wanted to reach out personally to address some of the concerns you raise. For starters, the issues regarding the attendee you mention run beyond our control. Particularly that she was acting outside of her employment boundaries which made it difficult for us to keep her employed. In addition, the specifics of your appointment are always discussed between the attendee and yourself, if an attendee refuses a specific service that is also out of our control. However, you do have the option of choosing another attendee should you wish. Whatever she claimed to be denied by us is false in its entirety.
