Harrasment should never be taken lightly or lied about. Raising such claims is unethical and its sad that this individual finds it acceptable.
Claims of harrasment can be tarnishing to a businesses reputation and making such allegations really speaks to how this individual doesn't see the real harm in making these false allegations.
Paisley was terminated after a review was brought to our attention that she was advertising an escorting agency to clients at our spa. This is a huge conflict of interest and it made it very difficult for us to keep her employed at our establishment.
