Very smooth, thin and peeling skin.

Hello all. I need advise. I have a new client. Young - 24 yr old female. Generally very healthy. No known disorders. She is just trying reflexology. She has very thin skin which crinkles easily on contact with water and it peels off alot especially around her lung/ heart reflex area. Her feet seem to be of yellow in colour when palpating.

What does this indicate. I have tried searching in books and internet. As I am new in this field I need some advise. Thanks all.

Client may Need to get something of her chest? lungs= grief....yellowing could also mean Emotional stuff to clear? Or perhaps she is around a smoker?

Thank your for your reply. I checked if she is around a smoker and she is not. I am not sure about her emotional status as she seems quite fine and has not mentioned any stress or grief status. Do you think I should ask directly?

No i wouldnt ask.....just carry on doing your treatments and make notes of what youve found and if things come up or out during the sessions then so be it!

dairy and wheat cause alot of dry skin, some medication also can effect the skin, advise her to try drinking goats milk instead of cows milk, also give her some breathing exercises to help her relax in general
