The Hotel Rizo de Oro wouldn't be my choice. In the Zona I'd pick Hotel del Santiago. However, none of the Zona hotels "llama mi atencion." I'd stay at the Ticuan (8th and Revolucion) where there are some creature comforts (like central heating and A/C).

Sorry, no information about the Hotel Rizo de Oro. This site has not been the best forum for hooking up with other mongers. There is another site (which we are not supposed to mention here -- Uh, oh!) called TJ (no space) Amigos (no space) .com where there is a forum called "TJ Fiestas & Trip Amigos" which is dedicated to mongers hooking up with one another. Since you are going to be in Tijuana for a few days, you might want to also research the escort scene along with La Zona proper. Many mongers will toss an escort session or two into the mix during their stay.

hey, first time poster.. so i am going to be making a trip to the zona norte april 2nd - april 5th, and was wondering if there were people around that would want to watch the final four games and maybe hang out. i was there briefly, but not very familiar with the area. are there sports bars in the area? also, i will be staying at hotel rizo de oro, is that place fine?
