What Happened to This Industry?

I wonder if the pandemic had an effect on this industry, or if it was going to happen anyways, but the massage industry has completely changed. I would almost always have a good time, some were really amazing times and better then others, but I rarely had a bad time. Now I’m struggling to even have a decent time.

Most of the good girls are gone or slowly leaving, while the ones still around that had good reputations just don’t offer good service anymore.

Regarding Premeir, Carla left, then Michelle offered amazing service and left recently, while Tracy just left. Tila is the only one left that I would want to see, maybe Sofia which I haven’t tried but heard good things. I haven’t really heard anything good about anyone else.

At Steeles I visited Savana recently, and even tho she tried, the service wasn’t that great, it use to be better. I won’t be repeating. Same with Robin, she was amazing and previously impossible to book, now she’s available almost any time you call. Her service is not at all good anymore. Still very friendly, but I won’t be visiting her again.

Allure still has amazing looking girls, and is probably the only place I may consider going to. I just wish management would let the girls even kiss. I’m not even asking for full service, but kissing makes it so much more sensual and better. Lia, Alyssa and Lily all offer good sensual services, but its just body kisses and stops with kisses/lfk. If they kissed I would be there a lot more.

I believe it’s gotta be management that doesn’t allow the kissing, cause I don’t think there’s anyway not even one review of kissing with any girls at Allure.

If anyone has any good recommendations of any girls at any place, let me know. Cause I use to enjoy this hobby but I’m now losing hope.

I wish I could throw you a lifeline and save you from your bleak outlook but you are bang on with your interpretation. I’m struggling to find a decent experience ant any spa or agency for that matter. Mostly lazy and unattractive girls just looking for a quick easy buck.

I miss the days where you’d go into a spa and get a great body slide and tease with an explosive ending and not even having FS.

Totally agree with the OP's opinion. It's pretty disappointing cause I just started going back and can already see the downfall happening. My guess it would have to do with keeping up with the times. Life can't always be 1950's and as the years go by so does people's views, attitudes and services. Imo, the 21st Century is also known as the "Laziest Century". Humans (including myself) just don't want to show or put in the effort and expect to be paid wonderfully. With the never ever ending cycle of modern technology, the computer or robotics will do the work for most humans with little to no errors and prolly would be a major advantage (money wise) for companies.

Not sure how this will effect this industry. Ever since the government made going to see SP/MPA for sex illegal, the working girls have taken advantage of it. Showing little to no effort or reneg on their promises of offered services to the clients while taking $$$ with no remorse. It's a business and it's becoming more and more corrupt. Furthermore, since the FBI seized and shutdown Backpage it was the end of a great era..I do have hope things might rebound and the girls will smarten up and the same goes for clients. Show some effort girls and clients don't be so cheap or run away without paying them after good service.

P.S. - I do understand not every service provider will always give phenomenal services 100%. Sex can take a toll on them especially if they have a fleet of clients needs to attend to. They might feel a bit disillusioned and now view sex & business as a continuous job and not the glamourous lifestyle they thought it ought to be...

Look, its a job, not a lifestyle. Its a dangerous job too. Every industry faces the same problems with getting staff. With all of the various health concerns and wacko clients, its amazing that any girl wants to do it. If you find someone who is service friendly, you need to respect them. And compensate them.

Like every industry - change or you will be left behind. Corvid shutdown has made many service industries take a second look at their business model

Many of the MPA were, during the shutdown seeing clients trusted clients privately. As @paddlehead pointed out, those that were friendly, provide good service were well compensated. Many of them have decided to keep doing that and see maybe 4/5 a day and make a good living.

Post Corvid bump might see an influx of clients to these places but as things go back to normal with inflation and disposal income being less, the easy money for these places will dwindle and they have to start to be creative and/or provide better service.

The Golf industry is a perfect example of Corvid bump and post Corvid slump.

And for far less work and aggravation. Some of these problems are a generational thing. Others I blame on social media apps like Only Fans, Twitter and IG. Even Sugar Baby apps are to blame. And Yes the pandemic accelerated the decline of MPs and the industry. Even Escort agencies are down. Soon everyone will be on Only Fans jacking off to videos lol.

MPAs are starting to age out of the job. I've found the industry to be cyclical and new MPAs have usually come from the immigrant pool. You had EE's first, then the Asian influx. The next wave was Indian but they tend not to pursue this line of work.

Many are figuring out Canada is not the land of opportunity that it's advertised as. Unless their country is war torn they are staying put.

Younger girls for the most part have better options available to them. You can bet that current spa workers and owners are not doing this so their daughters end up in the same situation.

I'm not a mentor. I just try to keep it real and honest.

I will always strongly believe spas should have stayed massages first. What I saw happened to the strip clubs is what I said would happen to MP and here we are.

No need to be pessimistic. It is part of industry cycle. Supply and demand. Now the industry is coping up with pent up demand. It will slow and normalcy or new norm will happen.

You hit the nail on the head man. Definitely not the same anymore, especially when you're used to a certain standard. Like @cupcrazy mentioned, MPAs have a shelf life and most of the former stars that are still working are well past their prime. It seems like the stars that left all had exit plans and had specific goals that this industry helped them achieve. They worked their asses off and gave us memorable times and then quietly left to live their lives. The ones with good reputations that are left don't really have any exit plan or marketable skills, so they're just doing this for as long as their looks will allow. Robin is almost 30 and has been doing this for about 6/7 years since she moved from Montreal. Savana is around 33 and started when she was about 19. They're definitely burnt out and riding on their reputations, but can you blame them? I mean, it's easy money after all. Like you said, both are still very friendly girls, but their service hasn't been the same for the last couple years.

Re Allure, it's definitely management. I remember about 3 years ago I got DFK from a girl there but, she made sure to only initiate while we were both in the shower and away from the peephole. She said she didn't want to get in trouble. So management or Dina definitely passes by and takes a peek. That's why girls who provide extras are always found out and fired.

Strip clubs?! I remember reading stories of customers complaining about strippers with the amount of dances giving.
A customer went for five dances but the stripper lies to the customer and says that it was an additional eight dances instead of the five and tries to upsell the client. Extras @ strip clubs are insane and not worth accepting imo.
Also, the atmosphere @ a strip bar is kinda dead. Went on Saturday night about two-three months ago and was wondering what happened to the horny heads? Usually Saturdays is packed but was surprised to find a dead atmosphere and very less ppl..
