...question that is seeking knowledge? my questions were deleted under the guise that my question was considered chat

"Why are people allowed to do bad things that God doesn't like?"

"In call of duty what does it mean to become 'pristige'? do you really have to start over? whats the point?"

there seems to be a very thin line between whats considered chat and knowledge seeking.

Just because something is deleted does not mean it was a violation. Removal can also happen for non-violating reasons, like no answers after 4 days, etc.

If it was reported as a violation, you would have gotten a violation notice. If so, did the violation notice actually SAY it was chat? Because they don't usually state WHY something was removed. They often use the generic "Misuse of the site" phrase instead, which basically means - you broke the rules somehow.

That said, there is also no guarantee that when something is reported, it is being done correctly. If ALL that you stated in the question is what you posted here, the questions should have been fine. They each sought solid knowledge. However, if you added details that chatted back at people that answered you, 'debated' or tried to 'prove' your point (particularly in the first one), that would push a valid question over the line into a violation.

Finally, IF your questions were removed as violations and IF your really did not add any additional details that changed them from valid to violation - APPEAL them. All these seem to be non-violating and can therefore be appealed. Just be REAL patient waiting for an answer, though - because the process is running weeks behind right now.
