While Canada, Asia, Europe and parts of the Middle East are making headway with containing the Corona COVID-19 pandemic the situation in the United States is steadily getting worse in most of the states. There is a lot of denial, but if deaths from the pandemic in the U.S. exceed one million Trump and his administration will not be able to escape culpability. the US is a shithole but this coronavirus has really exposed how much of a joke the US government is. to think the trump administration is responsible for a population of over 300M+ during a pandemic is a tragedy to US citizens.. all that military spending only for them to fail to protect themselves, from themselves

You can forgive leaders for making missteps in the beginning but after all this time there is no excuse. I wouldn't blame Cuomo so much. He is the governor of the unlucky state of New York. The beginning of the pandemic in the US started in NY not because of Cuomo, but because NY is the gateway to the US. People from all over world enter the US through NY. You have visitors coming and going like no other place in the world. You can call NY the great funnel tube for the germs of the world. The governors of Florida, Texas, Arizona, and California are the real Dummies for re-opening businesses much too soon. Auston Matthews himself was in Arizona when he caught the virus.

As far as Trump is concerned, it's hard to say what's going to happen to him. You have people who say he is incompetent for handling the pandemic poorly. But then you have people praising him for not wearing a mask, and for not taking the crisis seriously. There are people just like him who think this whole thing is a joke.

Trump was also preoccupied with the impeachment trial when the whole mess began.

Your first point has already been proved wrong by the Canada, Asia, etc. Carefully managed shutdown and reopening works.

Those who lied about WMD should be held accountable, they are war criminals and I would gladly have them tried and hanged .

I am not going to defend Doug Ford, but he, surprisingly, has done better than I thought he would.

As for BLM, I support most of what they are doing - there is a very long history of police in the US and other parts of the world oppressing the poor, working class and minorities.
