I was replying to the OP.

A socially “healthy” diet is not the right one for every individual on the planet. That’s why I asked what his diet is like, not if he eats healthy because a) “healthy” is ambiguous and b) what’s “healthy” for one person may not work for the next.

Just using myself as an example, I do very poorly if I eat a lot of raw foods (salads, smoothies, juices). My constitution is better suited to a “basic” diet of white rice, chicken, potatoes, little to no vegetables of any other kind and small amounts of raw fruit and baked goods.
