Is that the story that was about the AI on Margarita Island in Venezuela? If so, there was a big shit storm after that. Folks went to jail, and most of the AI's relocated to someplace else. (most went to the DR). If I remember right there was even a "crack down" on the sex trade for a while down there. There was a documentary on the BBC a while back that would sometimes be on Google Video or YouTube that looked into the sex tourist resorts you're talking about but in the DR and Colombia. Seemed like a total scam to me for everyone but the guy running the "resort". The monger way overpaid for what he was getting with about 10 minutes research on monger boards and a fraction of the price he could hire a harem of girls for the week. For the girls, it wasn't like they were salaried, if the visiting American, Canadian or Brit didn't choose her, she didn't get paid. Just like the girls in the clubs and on the street. Effectively, the hotel owner acts as the middleman and pays the girl similarly as if she was working on the streets. The only difference is the sex tourist doesn't pay her directly.

Having been to Thailand, I can say I never heard of such an all you can have resorts either. The Thailand pages on the monger boards don't speak of them. If they do exist and they're like the operations in the Caribbean and South America, they're a rip off and completely unnecessary.

It doesn't work like you dream of for anyone involved. Instead you can go to the alley for a street girl, the clubs for a club girl or an escort for an escort girl. If you have the money you can hire a bunch for a week and sit in a suite and have as many as you'd like, as often as you'd like. Or you can order chicas a la carte as it is popular since time began.

Tijuana doesn't need such a all you can eat resort. Nor does it need to be a world class sex tourist destination. Tijuana just needs to keep being Tijuana.

I think they would like to work for an establishment that can provide a base salary and performance based incentives.

I have been in SEA for the past 10 years, and have never heard of an

It may be possible in private parties, but I have never heard of a resort or a place like that open to the general public.

For you're idea to work, the girls must be desperate for money, with no other options of income.

Amigo: I didn't mean to offend you or Mexico. I was referring to adding creativity to TJ. An all you can fuck is beneficial to all parties:
1) it operates like a buffet, which is profitable for the owners
2) it gives the girls a steady job with fixed income (with bonus); get them out of the cold, heat, and uncertainties of the streets; they'll get protection and flexible working hours.
3) it gives mongers a chance to reduce the search, negotiations, and it safes a trip to Bankok

Mexico, and Sampson can back me on this, is not as screwed up (even with narcs et al) as the SEA countries.
TJ nor the rest of Mexico will never be up to par with SEA cause simply put, the girls are not that desperate for money nor Mexico is built as a sex paradise for many reasons I will not mention here.

I heard that in Bankok have all you can fuck resorts. It works under the same principle as all you can eat buffets. For a fixed price, you can fuck as many chicas as you want or the same one as many times as you want. TJ is great place, but up until now it is a small player in the world as far as mongers goes.
