You pay for a body slide. Or at least a nude reverse. These are basic services. Extras were not negotiated from picking these options. How the fuck do you go from a topless massage to full service and skip everything in between?

She's not supposed to be offended by your measly $40. She'd get in trouble if she showed any disappointment. But when you wanted to up the ante, she asked for your money upfront first to make sure you're not cheap or trying to pull something funny.
