Fraud= they give u receipt, NO MSG done, u split the cash… u get fired 4 that. One of my colleagues got fired 4 this

But sperm on table after msg? Not fraud… risk 2 her license if we’re caught, but I’m not gonna tell, she’s not gonna tell…

Not entirely true. If you are going to a R&T and using an RMT number that they investigate to be false, or shared, or from someone who doesn’t even work there (which they all do and we know it) then you are playing with fire. Insurance companies love to check on places that aren’t black listed yet - this is how they get black listed…. Someone gets caught being fraudulent. The insurance company could go after the provider, but they could also go after you if they deem the place an obvious shady treatment spot. They read these forums all the time too.

It’s totally true.

My ins co lists spa on their site… I go there, pay, get msg (etc), pay, submit receipt, get reimbursed!

I think we are talking about different places. If you go to a place that is listed as a legit place then get lucky that is one thing. You’ll be fine. You are right.

I am advising against going to a known semi-legit or holistic place that happens to offer “RMT receipts”, where the girl isn’t even on their roster and her info is being handed out to make fraudulent claims. You can absolutely be held accountable, and it is easy for them to prove your intention knowing the type of establishment it was, and knowing the name doesn’t match etc.
