As people come in thinking they can get everything for $50 for some reason. So the reality is I've found you can't find a middle ground that will please both clients and all attendants.

I agree that door fee is a pain in the ass and that newbies who don’t know the hobby might think/ hope it’s $50 or whatever for to get their rocks off. All-in is way better. I don’t care how much the house gets and how much the girl gets - just care about menu/ service / experience.

I don't want to tell you how to run your business, especially if you already have lots of customers paying what you are charging. If business is slow however, consider discussing it with your girls and helping them understand they may need to be ok with lower profits early on when the business is taking root and if you really want to retain them you can have bonuses given out as business picks up. This whole negotiating prices face to face is a complete experience-killer for many customers especially those 45 and under who are not used to speaking on the phone let alone having to have a negotiation session in a spa. So you do lose a whole bunch of potential customers. All-in pricing works very well as long as it's clear what it covers and any extras like MSOG have a clear price too. My suggestion is, rather than setting the price high and asking girls to discount as they see fit, keep price discounted to begin with but work on better upgrade pricing models for profit. Just my 2 cents. I know many other Spas are still run the old school way, I only share this suggestion here because it seems like you all are trying to do something new here that is different than the other spas in same plaza.

This was honestly the best suggestion I've ever heard. I actually updated the website to range the half-hour session between $140 and $200. Some girls are okay with lower prices, while some are purely $200 girls. I try not to tell girls what to charge, I just suggest getting customers to stay and offer to girls who accept within their budget. As for details on what is included, I try and refrain from posting that on the website for legal and differences between each attendant and try to do a catch-all the best way that works for everyone.

I'm sure more changes will follow that will better accommodate scenarios and customers as well as attendants. If you have any more suggestions please feel free to reach out. Thanks again..

to be completely fair I would of visited this spa long time ago but I just cant justify the prices at all. Cant really justify paying some of these girls $200 for hh which will prob not be the best service, pretty risky for new spa opening. id say 160 is fair. when legit premier spas are less then that for HH 160-200 and the girls are way hotter tbh. dont want to be rude, this spa has great potential just think the price is hurting it alot, not to mention the potential upsell alot of these girls are going to do as well sometimes i carry extra cash just incase for an upsell lmao.
