About a Month ago I returned to the Blue Lagoon and was once again impressed by the quality of service and atmosphere. Here’s a breakdown:

Atmosphere:
The Blue Lagoon has a relaxing, inviting ambiance. Kind of reminds me of my dentist's office when I was a kid, but without the N64. The reception area was decorated well in preparation for Halloween; the room was tasteful, ambient lighting soft and relaxing, and the environment felt warm, private and comfortable. This made it easy to relax and enjoy the session fully.

Cleanliness:
The facility is very clean and well-maintained. The massage room and linens were spotless, which made me feel comfortable and safe throughout the visit. The staff clearly prioritizes hygiene, which is always very much appreciated.

I actually felt bad for getting oil on the floors .

Service Quality:
My therapist this time would be Avah, whom was INCREDIBLELY skilled and attentive. She was very polite, friendly and respectful, making sure to tailor the massage to my preferences and comfort level. The pressure was always just right throughout the massage. Avah's magic touch shows that she clearly cares about her work and her clients.

Professionalism:
The staff maintained professionalism while being friendly and approachable. I appreciated that they were all so welcoming. I arrived just in time for the staff shift change, and even when the ladies were leaving and arriving, everyone was very pleasant to me, each other, and the two guys in the lobby.

Specific to Avah, she takes her work very seriously and works to ensure that her clients thoroughly enjoy themselves during their experience.

Overall Experience:
Overall, my massage with Avah was everything I hoped for. It truly was a rejuvenating experience which left me feeling very blissful at the end of the day.

I'd definitely go see her again. 100%. Highly recommended. She's definitely a top tier lady.
