Popular girls refers to a minority of the ones at the spas. The rest need to be worried about the spa being busy or they get no work at all.

Yup.... That's exactly my point. Some girls complained if I put more than 3- 4 girls on a shift. I have to explain them , the more girls we have, the more people will come, because they have more choices. To get the customers into the rooms and making the customers keep coming back is their job. I told them if they're good, they have nothing to worry. The so so ones with no regulars and counting on walk in customers will quit in a few days by themselves. If they don't quit, we replaced them with new girls.

That's exactly my point. I put 6 girls at EBW last week. One girl complained, too many girls and I was giving customers to other girls but her. I told her I showed every customers to you, they didn't want you and picked other girls. You have been here 4-5 weeks and you didn't have a single customer came back for you. Every girl gets 4 to 7 customers that day. She got just two, and those two were walk in customers I gave to her cuz they didn't ask to see other girls. Otherwise she might not even get one. Needless to say, she's gone.
