Don't buy the bullshit being spewed here. I'd say most of these guys haven't even seen her.
I've seen her multiple times and no FS was ever offered or discussed. And I think her bbbj skills are above average.

Maybe she was with regular and it went over time or some regular was a bit late earlier in the day and she wanted to give him his full time so backed up schedule.
That is the problem that can arise with a fully booked MPA.
Regardless of the circumstances an apology would have been nice or a bit of a refund.
Did you talk to the manager?
Bella is generally has happy nice demeanour. Maybe something flustered her earlier. We all have bad days.

Ya here to shill Bella probably what will be the outcome but in my experiences which have been many I have only ever gone overtime with Bella (sorry to the next guy) She is a nice girl and can’t imagine her having any attitude after walking in late. It isn’t rare for a fully booked girl to be running late maybe stick to walk ins.

yup knew this was coming, not daytimer Seen Paige, Katie, Jennifer, Demi, Kendall, Kelly, Sara more then enough experience and have had to wait for almost all these ladies. Pure can do know wrong if we are left waiting we shut up because service is above and beyond MPA standard. See next post for details for my credibility

The pure schedule is becoming more and more bare because of the demands on these MPAs they are moving to other spas or quitting the industry all together. Spoken to many MPA from pure who left for other spa who said they couldn’t handle the high expectation and demand of clientel and owners. Much rather see underrated MPA build a relationship and get the raward. I frequent flrt and muse because I enjoy being with the MPA who doesn’t have a menu.
