I visited Calypso this evening and it was not what I was expecting. This was my first time visiting a MP so not sure if I did something or didn’t do something I was suppose to.

I walked in and was greeted by someone who I asked if I had an appointment which I didn’t. They asked if I had been there before and I said no. She then asked how long I’d like and I said 30 minutes. She then asked for payment and opened the door to let me in. Then she stopped me and said I had to sign the waiver but there was no pen so she said it’s okay just come in. Then there was an exchange about whether or not I should take my shoes off. It was all a little strange and I almost felt like I was their first ever customer.

I was led into a room and told what to do and that MIa would be in shortly. She then asked me again if I had been there and explained it’ll be scrub and then a massage with oil, I was asked what scent I wanted for the salt.

After a shower I got on the table and MIa walked in. She’s white, average height, short pixie hair with at least one tattoo. She started with the salt scrub on my back, legs, arms. It was a little rougher than I was expecting. Once she was done, she used the Vichy shower on me which felt nice and then performed a very quick and light massage with oil over the areas she did the scrub.

She then said that was it, to take my time leaving and then she left the room. I never once flipped over onto my back.

She was pleasant and we did chat a little bit (I’m not the greatest at small talk and will admit to being socially awkward) but she almost seemed a little distant and was going through the motion. I almost got the feeling like I was disturbing them from something when I walked in (I was the only customer at the time).

She wore a little dress which never came off. Nothing was ever hinted at and no teasing of any sort. This was a straight up body scrub, rinse and some oil/lotion. I know this is very much all YMMY but I’m wondering if there was something I was expected to do but didn’t.

I was actually wanting to go see Ally but when I checked their schedule yesterday morning it said she was only working till 4 yesterday. It did say she’d be there till 10 today so I planned to go today but then saw earlier the schedule had changed and she was off. That maybe should have been a sign for my to not bother with going today.

Well that's a waste of 120 bucks. Well maybe not that entire 120, but if you went to Phoenix or hush 120 would get you a bit more for your buck in this case.

The Vichy shower adds a very different dimension to the massage/spa experience.
Some people like it and some don't.
A basic MP might be better for a newbie. Keep it simple to start.

The girl who dealt with me at the door said that Mia would be coming into the room so I’m assuming that’s who I had. We didn’t actually exchange names so I’m just going off what I was told. I’m assuming the one who answered the door was Autumn which was the other name on the schedule but maybe she wasn’t one of the providers and I got Autumn instead of Mia.

What happened to that house on Townline anyway? I went there a couple of times, then it shut down abruptly.
