yes they can. Its thier property they can deny entry to anyone, just like not everyone is welcome to ones home just like that. Depends. Just like some clubs do not allow stags.

They don't allow walkin customers... U will need reference of someone like captain /Girls etc or if u are coming from outstation persuade the gate keepers / managers... Beer cost is 650 .

Internet bar, located at outskirts for mongering arena. No surprise this is not discussed much here as people flock to mongering places like Nerul, Shirvane, kon gaon, turbhe, Belapur, Vashi with choices nearby.

Pros

Girls are really very good.
Entry in near by lodge. Taken girls here but yet to visit the lodge.

Night is really wild with the gaon walas around. Sometimes wonder how management can tolerate them. Girls seem to be happy though.

The present running cost is very high for any OB in Navi Mumbai. Plus, after the initial euphoria, the footfalls will decrease. Also partners may not be of the same type as you. Unless you are rough and tough, it is not a good area to be in. All in all, the effort may not commensurate with the returns on your investment.
However, this is just my opinion bro.....perhaps you have better understanding of this business. I just instinctively shared my opinion. I could be wrong.

I dont think any reference is allowed at Indiana Haji Ali...

Simply walk in dressed properly and they will let you in - the actual entrance is in a side lane, the entrance in the front is a facade...

Walk as if you know this...

You might also want to explore WhiteHouse and Drumbeats if you are in the vicinity...

Legally yes - they can deny you an entry upfront with reason as silly as i dont like your face...

It is a private establishment and they reserve the rights to entry...

It is definitely a massive blow to ego to have a doorkeep deny you entry - but at most places a 100 note does the trick or telling them about the other 50 bars you have been to...

Deepa had till now been an impenetrable fortress for me though - along with few palacial looking bars in Santa Cruz West...
