Don't shit cupcake. We just gave Cherry one more day and got rid of a girl with no appointments and no repeat customers even though she has been here for 5 weeks. Amy is still holding the top spot in getting appointments, followed by Cherry, Emma, Kelly and Alice. Linda, Eva, Judy , Molly, Victoria, not so much or none and they are counting on walk in customers only. Victoria still did 8 customers last Friday without any appointments.

Cherry finished at GRW at 8:30 pm and came over to EB for a ride home with Amy , 4 golf buddies came over at 9 pm after playing a tournament at Angus Glen nortth and one guy picked her right away. We have only 4 girls and I have to send one walk in customer to JR. He 's the guy always following me on internet . so I told him to see Rebecca or Eliza at JR. He ended up with Eliza.

Eva is very popular at Mei's spa in Burlington, nobody comes back for her at EB. Judy is very popular at Blue Nile, Victoria is very popular at Ellagance and other locations . They all have repeat customers there, but not at EB and I&U even though they both were great, customers are more interested in seeing other girls no matter how I tried to push the customers for them. Most of the customers nowadays are looking for GFE style service who provide at least DFK, LFK and a little more. The key here is knowing how to say No to the customer without offending them or killing their mood. EB"s new girls Cherry and Emma are very good at that. I guess they learnt that from Amy. No surprises I always see them coming out of the hall way holding hands smiling with happy customers. It's all about the attitude that get repeat customers, it has nothing to do with doing more service. I have seen some girls opened their legs so fast and having no repeat customers. You don't know anything about semi legit talent, all you know is spread their legs and dives in at FS spas.

Do you know how many of my golf friends and golf buddies I got paired at golf games become our spa regulars this year alone, I just counted at 12. I carry with me lots of business cards and even one 80 yrs old guy became a regular at EB. Last week alone 6 guys came over after golfing. 3 of them were HK guys. Lots of my golf buddies still following me since my JR and I&U days.
