She broke those rules and both guys asked for different girls even after already in the rooms with them for a few minutes. So we showed her the door.

I heard Ella spent over 120k to build her new spa on 14th ave and had to give up after only 6 months. Decent busy 5 rooms spas with about 30 regular clients are now selling for over 100 - 150 k. I was surprised to hear one Oakville spa owner bought out her partner for 180 k last yr. That spa was doing avg 40 customers a day, so it's well worth it.
