Sorry for my delay in reply. Crazy busy again today and lost 5-6 customers.
I guess she wanted her $80 tips plus room commission 30 , that will be $110 total. She already did 8 customers that day and already made very good money. I don't think it was about the money, she was mad cuz the guy told her he is not going to give her any tip for rushing him out with lies. I was caught between the two and explained her the situation as best as I could. Well...it's her loss. She knows lots of spas are not that busy lately and she was the one who approached me to get a job here after hearing from other girls we're busy. The new girl Chloe who came in to cover Rose yesterday will take over her spots . Chloe was working at Oakville spa and getting only 4-5 customers a day. She did 8 yesterday and all were EB regular customers , She was surprised to see how 2-3 friends came together to EB for fun in groups, so she asked for a job. Just perfect timing for her and us, and she was happy as hell.

Well...my point here is if she didn't want to do one hour, let the customer know ahead she can only do half hour . Don't take the one hour money and pushed the customer out in half hour.
