I was told the guy is as cheap as DD, they got free room fees and yet they never tip the girls more than 50-60 bucks and sometimes even asked the girls not to take their tips in exchange for good reviews. LOL.... E&M is never a competitor. I go there regularly to see Ada and Vicky. I was there every week in golf season. E&M is only 5 min away from where I play golf. I head down to E&M 2-3 times a week in golf season. We have different kind of customers. I never see any E&M and I&U customers when I was managing HR and JR. Most of EB customers are those who live north of hwy 404 and Richmond Hill and New Market. E&M customers are from Markham, Scarborough and Pickering

Yin never asked to leave EB. She feels like home at EB. I suggested her and asked her to go try out at other spas to make rooms for new girls . I have cut down 2 girls one day each as well to make room for new girl Bobo and her sister. Especially for Emma who is coming back on Thursday, so I have to tell her to go to E&M on Thursdays or Sunday. She asked me about Suko, I told her the differences between the two bosses and the difference in hygiene , plus she might be having the same customers from EB at Suko, so she chose E&M. She already made friend with Kelly last Sunday at EB, so she already has a friend at E&M.

I can't afford to lose Emma and Korean Shelly who have lots of regular customers. I have to make room for them on Thursday.

I already did. The girls with no appointments and no repeat customers are the first ones to go. EB is not a place for so so girls. There are 8 spas in this bldg and guys love doing spa shopping. If you don't have the looks or too old, you won't survive at EB. A few rejects from EB with no appointments are doing quite well at other spas not too far away. That said it all about EB girls.

Here are the girls on duty on Wednesday....

Jenny..., she is our very good looking new girl in her low to mid 30s, about 5' 1" tall, around 100 lbs with nice curves and C melons. She is very friendly, very funny, loves joking around, very swet and cute. very easy going , can massage well and knows how to tease and please a man. I can easily tell you can have a lot of fun with her if you treat her well.






Lily....she is our very good looking very sweet and cute , shy young girl in her mid 20s, about 5' tall around 95 lbs with nice slim body. She looks very much like Kiki of I&U in size and shape. She has worked a few yrs in Japanese massage parlors so she knows what a man likes and knows how to treat a man well. She may looks small but she can deliver a good strong massage, very easy going and willing to please and SF2 is on her menu..

Yin Yin.............she is our new very pretty, very sweet and very young girl in her mid 20s, about 5' 6 " tall, around 100 lbs with nice slim slender body and great personality cuz she was in sales business in China . She is very new to Canada , never been in this business but she is not a shy type and willing to learn new things. No surprises she becomes a darling of all her new customers in no time. Almost everyone said she has great attitude, very sweet, very polite and all she needed was a bit of fine tuning to become a super star. She is here only a few days and she already has a few repeat customers and 2 -3 guys have already seen her 3-4 times said it all about her.

I dare say she's the prettiest spa girl in GTA with great attitude.

I will have to wait at the time when Yin is free cuz she can communicate well better than other girls. .. and I will be in room 1 which is close to front lobby. If they all are busy I may have to wait till 9 :30 as her lst appointment. I might have my golf buddy around 2 pm who can look afyter the front desk . We will see. I can see she's so ready to play with me...lol..

BTW... guys are making fun of me for throwing water at a very annoying customer. I just kicked out one very smelly customer. I couldn't even breathe when he approached me asking who's available and how much. I just told him everyone is busy. I won't let the girls get suffocated in the room with this kind of guy.
