I had a chat with Ella earlier today and she assures me that they are being very diligent when it comes to making sure everything is clean at the spa.
They use alcohol and disinfectant on everything.
She said a couple of customers have commented that it smells "heavy".

I wouldn't be worried about Ellagance.
