Get tested once a month to catch other stds, stay away from bare anal, avoid IV drug users, and avoid women from black or indigenous backgrounds. I would also avoid certain foreign women who are only here temporarily, they don't have OHIP and won't be as comfortable about going to the doctor. Dont stick it in raw if you see herpes or warts. Don't go too rough (to avoid any possible blood contamination). Don't have sex with them on their periods (although period blood doesn't have that much more viral dose than vaginal fluid).

If you do that, then it's virtually impossible to catch HIV.

Herpes you can still get from protected sex. Also most people who do have genital herpes don't get an outbreak, and if they do it's very minor and might happen once or twice. If I did, it was isolated to one or two acne looking marks.

common sense 101 says, yes these stats are viable in the broad spectrum. but in the field of whoring, you are looking at a much more narrow spectrum. HIV is mighty rare, yes.

However, there are other things to worry about out there.
