Well obviously the ladies are not keeping all the money. That is why there are door fees. These places take money to operate. Property rental, utilities etc don't pay themselves.
I'm not sure how it works with whatever you do to make a living, but highly unlikely you make more money than than the boss. It's just the way it works.
