I saw Kitana myself a while ago, maybe I happened to see her when she was having quite a bad day, otherwise your review looks quite untrue.

Could have just been an off day or a bad connection. My review is about my experience. Did not think it would turn into all this lol I've seen her a couple time since this review and it was fine each time. Maybe it is about expectations.

I spotted her shitty attitude right after she told me to flip 5 mins after she started my back massage and I declined all her extras in order to stop my loss at $140.
