The MPAs at Ellagance don't usually ask for tips. They leave that to your discretion.
They might say something like "You tip me, right?".
Be reasonable and don't try to take advantage of them by being a cheap bastard as some people do. You know how much the different levels of service are worth.
So sorry to disappoint you but standard rates are expected.
All that to say there isn't a menu with a house price list.

$40 for basic HE is pretty standard at most places (assuming 1 hr massage)...some guys say if you just lie there and don't touch you can get away with $20...maybe this is true but the girl probably won't want to massage you next time. Put it this way, if I'm just getting a massage for 1 hr with no HE, I'm tipping $20 so yeah, for a basic HE, I would tip $40.
