1500 is definitely overcharging.

My experience with Kennedy is that the first time I went, I was approached by the dallal standing on the street. I didn't know that I could have gone in directly without the need of a dallal. So it cost me a total of 800 rupees for 1 shot. In essence, I realized later that the dalal took 300 for himself. Next time I went in directly. As per my bargaining skills, I was able to bring it down to 600. I simply told them that I KNOW it's 500, so a little up-down later, settled for 600. While going out, the joint owner said "during afternoon hours, we have no customers, it's a slow time, so if you come during that time, you can get it lower than 500".

Last time I went, I was able to get 2 shots for 900. Never bargained on the basis of time, but it seems they are fine with 30 minutes for 1 shot and 1 hour for 2 shots.

There's no MRP for such things. Don't feel bad for overpaying once in a while. You can compensate it later and bring the price down and get better quality as you become a regular. Depends on whether you land up during busy hours or during slow hours. During busy hours, they may not reduce the rates and service might also be hurried. During 2pm- 3pm the girls are just waking up from their sleep and putting on makeup, so you are the first customer. The traffic starts after 6pm.

If you keep repeating the girl, the quality improves a bit (the GFE quotient goes up with familiarity, and even you start feeling more comfortable). Now whenever I go, the joint owner himself asks, "who's your regular?" I just point to the chamber, and walk in. That way, even they know that I am a regular and don't try to overcharge.

You wont believe this but even I'm a scaredy cat. I don't walk in there like a boss. Every time I go, the first 5 minutes (basically the transaction part) gets my heart racing with fear. At that point, I don't even care what kind of girl is available, I'm just seeing here and there if THIS DAY will be the day something bad happens. Once in the bedroom, it takes another 5 minutes for the heartbeat to normalize and undress. @strugglingmongerer123 I've never been abused by dallas. I've experienced some pulling etc, which felt like those travel agents on Goa beaches who try to get you to buy the boat ride from them. It was not comfortable but an "ignorable" amount of discomfort. The only risky encounter I had was when I had once booked a 2 shot session, and the girl went away after the first shot and didn't come back for 15 minutes. When I angrily got dressed and went outside, she was chatting with her friends. I got angry and told the SP, and only after that I realized that I am in his den, not the other way round. Thankfully he didn't pick a fight.

I prefer 2 shot deals and even the joint owner says "aaram se bithao dedh ghante tak". But sometimes the girls inside are too restless they try to finish you off in 15 minutes and try to spend the other 45 minutes dozing or playing on their mobile.
