We're hearing the exact same things now in April that we did back in December. Avoid gatherings for the holidays. We must lock down now in order to avoid further lockdowns in the future. Ford even laughably called the lockdown in December a one-time measure. LOL! At this point, what's the incentive to listen to these assholes when you know 2 months later, nothing changes? It's not a matter of IF they should reopen. It's a matter of WHEN and boy did the government fuck up big time by reopening in February. If they thought they were doing businesses a favour, they were screwing them even harder. Waiting it out would've been the less evil option as having very low case numbers around the same levels as last summer would've given these businesses more room to work on their inventory and more time to operate. Sounds like I'm pointing out the obvious but to a government of imbeciles, I guess common sense is not too common.
