This isn't even a criticism of Muse, but a criticism of the fanboyism in the last few posts. Talking behind a client's back happens everywhere, every spa and probably with some level of regularity.

Classy, first class employee based on what i saw, cute and an asset to Muse. Made my first experience with Muse a memorable one.

The fanboys have come out in full force like a pack of angry wolves. Now I can see why everyone is so afraid to write an even slightly negative review of any aspect of an MP, they get attacked endlessly, and the fanboys demand censorship.

Is this the review board we want? A distorted, unrealistic board where all problems and complaints are censored and swept under the rug?

Here are the facts in review:
I had an appointment at 8, I came at 8 and was told things were delayed and that I'd have to wait 25 minutes. I go out for a smoke and come back in 10 minutes and told that I lost my place. I decide to wait 20 minutes and in that time I saw Rayne be extremely rude to other customers who've walked in with appointments and they left likely never to return again. As I left I heard her very loudly bashing the physical appearance of many customers, and calling them disgusting. Emily and Riley have come out and admitted that Rayne has a problem with bashing customers within an earshot of other customers. So the facts are real and accurate, that's already been established.

In the minds of the fanboys looking to score free door fees I should not point any of this out, and I'm somehow the bad guy for letting other customers know that Rayne bashes them behind their backs. Unbelievable, but I guess I shouldn't have expected anything less.

I don't know about you having vested interest but the way you defend a particular spa sounds like you do but what do i know. Take it what it is, a negative review. Why do you have to go out on a limb to discredit his post? Just accept the fact that it happened and move on. It may never happen to you but it happened to him. He has every right to post a negative review as much as you can post your positives.

You mentioned earlier in this thread that others (including the owners) admitted or alluded to what you claimed but I've never seen any evidence of that.

The owners said that they disagree with bashing of clients and would have a talk with her, but that doesn't mean they said she did.

In any event, firing an employee without warning or reprimanding who is otherwise very good is the sign of a bully of a boss if not illegal (normally, you could terminate on the third offence). If it was a royal fuck up (like telling a regular customer to F.O. for complimenting her looks), then termination on the spot could be justified. I doubt this was the case here, if at all.

I was there and manning the bowling pins for a bit near the back room where the girls were. Anybody who would be standing there would almost be eavesdropping. Sometimes there are bad customers, and if it wasn't said out in the open, that would be tolerable.

As I also said earlier, someone waited in the lounge as we chatted up with Bella and Shayne who kept us mortal men at bay with her charm. This other gent got a rain check for a free half hour session. To me that was a class act and good business sense.

If you lost your place for a smoke, well it may not be fair, but maybe she couldn't leave her post to go find you when the opening came, and she couldn't afford to keep others waiting. Boo hoo. If you were polite, you probably would have got a rain check too.

Didn't you also return to Muse after that Open House party (I thought you said so)? If you saw Rayne again and complained about that incident, I'm sure she would've apologized.

I think you're making a mountain out of a moehill.

Again, I ask.. what are you hoping to get out of this?
You missed your appointment w/free door fee. Obviously, that sucks big time. Do you want a free door fee for your next session?
E&R have already addressed the issue of bashing customers. Do you believe that they haven't addressed this adequately? If so, why not?

Reviews are one thing. Bashing someone repeatedly is another. Rayne has a difficult job, and I think she does it to the best of her ability.

Agreed, the white knights and members of the Muse fanboy wolfpack can't handle the truth about what really goes on at Muse behind their backs, despite the fact that everything I've said in this thread has been proven to be completely factual without any fabrication, as other patrons experienced the same thing I've did, and even the owners of Muse have come out and admitted that Rayne has a problem controlling herself when it comes to bashing the physical appearance of customers behind their back. It would hurt their ego to know that their beloved Rayne trashes them behind their back, and calls them every insulting name in the book to the MPAs, so instead they try to censor it, sweep things under the rug, gang up on others, and try to continue living in their fantasy world where they're not "old, short, fat, ugly, smelly, and disgusting", as Rayne likes to call them.

Lol. Hate to break it to you, but that's 5000 threadviews, not discrete members. Given the posts in this thread, those 5000 views are probably largely made up of a couple dozen members...haters, competitors, fanboys, white knights...amusing, but far from historic.

He also contradicts himself on item 15, as he clearly tried to control what is posted by attacking the op and telling him he SHOULD NOT HAVE POSTED HIS REMARKS.

TheMechanic, some of the guys here have vested interests in certain agencies and mp's. That being said your posts are good and are straight to the point. I agree with your analysis and hope you continue to post and ignore some of the characters that are bashing you.

Just ignore their comments. The worse offender is little Hoffy who goes around and attacked other reviewers. I thought Hoffy would have learnt by now that being uncivil to people can come back to haunt you!

Muse will continue to pull in customers as long as E & R continues to give awesome customer service. I don't know about Rayne and never witnessed her in a bitchy mood and I hope she learned from all this as much us we(hobbyists) learn that promotions isn't the best time if you don't have time in your hands. Everybody wins...except of course for HOF.

Golfdude! kudos to you! Your concise points about hof show his true colors and how he has two different rules and attacks other members. He has his own personal agenda and loves to get discounts for defending certain agencies. I hope he learns his lesson and does not verbally attack other members and sp's who do not bend to his requests.
